Mobility of People in Joseon Dynasty aims to delve into the mobility of this era, which was marked by restricted movement due to legal and socio-economic constraints. The author explores various aspects of mobility, including the influence of social status on people’s ability to move and the specific desires for mobility within each social class. The author, the head of the History Project Team at the Bucheon Culture Centre, has participated in academic projects, including The Academic Research Report on Joseon Royal Tombs and Dictionary of Dasan Studies which focused on the relocation of royal tombs of Joseon Royal Tombs and Dasan Jeong Yak-yong. Additionally, the author has co-authored works such as Book on Joseon Politics Party (2024), Jinbirok: The Book Corrections (2015), and Dictionary of Joseon Royal Tombs (2021).
