Dr. Samuel Mutter reviewed human emotions and affects combined with the moving body, focusing on the logistics and transportation of the London underground. Moving away from the technology and economic perspective, he approached the problem of moving and mobility in a humanistic way and discussed emotion and movement sense as keywords. Dr. Samuel Mutter received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of London in Birbeck, England, and is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Aberystwyth University.
The HK+ Global Research Program was held to support the development of the next generation as part of an international joint study from February. The Academy of Mobility Humanities has a collaborative project, “UK and South Korea Social Science, Arts, and Humanities Connections,” supported by the UKRI, with the Royal Holloway University in London, the Mobility Research Centre of Lancaster University, and the Cultural and Historical Geographic Research group of Aberystwyth University.
